My name is Jeffrey T. Crick. I spent years under bridges and in handcuffs before God, education, and a Governor's pardon rebuilt my life from the ground up. Now I walk alongside men doing the same hard work — and I know what it actually takes.

Leadership often feels like carrying the weight of many lives, decisions, and responsibilities at once. It’s easy to reach a place of exhaustion, discouragement, or confusion about the next step forward.
Through my Leadership Consulting Sessions, I walk alongside pastors, business leaders, nonprofit directors, and ministry teams to bring both clarity and strength back to the calling God has placed on their lives.

We can assist through multi session counseling packages, as well as individual session, based on need, that utilize a biblically based curriculum blueprint designed to guide you from where you are to where God calls you to be. Each program integrates biblical truth with practical restoration principles and pastoral counseling support.

I am honored to speak at church events, conferences, men’s groups, and initiatives across the country, sharing my journey from brokenness to divine restoration. My testimony demonstrates that no life is too broken for God’s redemptive work. If He can heal me, He can heal you.
My life has been saved to share the good news of the gospel message. I can speak on a number of topics that align with biblical truth. However, the key to my calling is to clearly share the good news with those who need hope, freedom, and a relationship with Christ. There is no greater calling than to share how the Lord freed me from my slavery to life-dominating sins, homelessness, and incarceration, to education, ministry, and servant leadership. My story highlights God’s transformative power and the eternal pardon we receive through Christ (John 19:30).
